Why Champ exists
A new specialist, a new GP, a referral to someone else, a new teacher every year, a move to a new town. Each time, someone rereads the file, someone re-explains your child, and something gets lost. Parents become the only record, and that is a heavy thing to carry.
Champ is the shared memory. It belongs to the child and the people who look after them, not to whoever happens to be in the role this year.

Storage, transcription and the rest cost about $10 a month for each child on it.
